Die Rolle des Staates in der Internationalisierung der chinesischen Finanzbeziehungen

Abstract

Der Beitrag geht der Rolle des Staates im Prozess der Integration Chinas in die globalen Finanzbeziehungen nach. Mit Blick auf Währungsbeziehungen, internationale Organisationen sowie den chinesischen Kapitalexport wird analysiert, welchen Zielsetzungen und Strategien der chinesische Staat folgt. Dabei wird nicht nur deutlich, dass sich diese mit der Zeit verschieben – es also zu kurz greift, schlicht von einem starken Staat zu sprechen. Entgegen dem nationalstaatlichen Bias der Staatskapitalismus-Diskussion werden die Strategien auch wesentlich durch internationale Faktoren geprägt: Chinas untergeordnete Position auf dem Weltmarkt, aber auch verschiedene Krisenerfahrungen.
