Abstract

The trcncl to the globalization of economic transactions, which is the core of the neo liberal social project, is the greatest challenge to a left-alternative counter-strategy. On the one hand, it aggravates the adjustment constraints nation states and social actors. On the other hand, it disintregatcs its social basis by deepening social and regional disparities. This new quality of capitalist reproduction must be undcrstood before exploring scopes of action for the realization of alternative strategies.
